Tomorrow x Together is the latest musical act to take part in Elle‘s popular song association challenge, but for the K-pop stars, the game was hardly a challenge.
The fivesome got a rare perfect score, coming up with songs that feature a word given to them in 10 seconds. The group kicked things off by singing a number of tunes from their fellow K-pop groups, including “Dream Girl” by SHINee for the word “dream,” “Tomorrow” by BTS for the word “tomorrow” and a number of their own songs for various terms, including “New Rules,” “9 and Three Quarters (Run Away)” and many more.
TXT also brought their musical knowledge to a global scale, running through songs like “Baby” by Justin Bieber for “baby,” “Home” by Michael Bublé for “home,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” for “call” and “All Star” by Smash Mouth for “star.”
“It’s from Shrek,” Hueningkai noted of the last one, referring to the Smash Mouth hit’s appearance in the Shrek soundtrack.
Watch them dominate the song association challenge below.
