U.S. Orders China to Close Its Houston Consulate

The U.S. ordered China to shut its consulate in Houston, with officials accusing it and other Chinese diplomatic missions of economic espionage and visa fraud, an unprecedented escalation in a rapidly deteriorating relationship.
