Actress Kaley Cuoco has not let self-quarantine slow down her workouts. In a new Instagram post, she showed fans her at-home workout session with sister Briana Cuoco.
“A big part of quarantine has been about staying in shape and getting ready to go back to work at a moments notice . Thank you to @ryan_sorensen, my amazing trainer for keeping me fit and my crazy gorgeous sister @bricuoco for being my workout partner !! No pain no gain people! 💪🏼,” she captioned the photo series.

She documented basically her entire workout in multiple pictures. In the first pic she has a resistance band around her waist that is being held by her trainer, Ryan Sorenson, as she does step-ups. Other exercises include weighted lunges and squats, single-leg balance work, running, and jumping rope with a resistance band around her ankles for an added challenge.
Cuoco has always been a fan of working out, and she likes to mix it up. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week….Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch,'” she previously told Women’s Health. “Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle….’Okay, I have to switch.'”
But she also likes to focus on legs and lower-body work, too “Kaley is interested in her lower body, especially her butt, her legs, and her abs,” trainer George C. King told People. “We do a lot of lunges, squat jumps and regular squats, plus leg curls and deadlifts.”
