Here’s a look at other stars who’ve kept their ceremonies a secret…
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi
The Queen and Prince Andrew watched Princess Beatrice marry Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on 17 July as they wed during a secret ceremony.
Beatrice, 31, and Edoardo, 37, tied the knot surrounded by close family and friends in All Saints Chapel, Windsor Great Park.
The Queen and Prince Philip were driven from Windsor Castle, where they have been isolating since March, three miles up the Long Walk and through Windsor Great Park to the private church for the ceremony.
A friend of Beatrice’s told The Sun at the time: “They were obviously very keen for the Queen to come so the wedding had to happen before she goes up to Balmoral so this was a great opportunity.
“So many guests were disappointed not to make the big day but understood the reason for it.
“They are just like a normal family and had to make sacrifices like many others have up and down the country and looking forward to having a wonderful celebration when the time is right.”
The coronavirus pandemic scuppered Beatrice and Edoardo’s plans to marry at the Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace in London in May.
However, they ended up enjoying a gorgeous ceremony, in which Beatrice donned a second-hand taffeta gown on loan by the monarch herself.
The Queen wore the same gown to the royal premiere of Lawrence of Arabia at London’s Leicester Square back on December 1962.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas
Much like Lily Allen and David Harbour, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner and singer Joe Jonas also enjoyed a secret Las Vegas wedding.
DJ Diplo confirmed the duo had decided to wed immediately after appearing at the Billboard Music Awards, which were held in the same city.
In clips from Diplo’s 5.2 million follower-strong Instagram page, Joe, 31, was seen waiting at the alter – alongside brothers Kevin and Nick – for the 24 year old actress, who looked radiant in a white veil and gown.
Their ceremony, in the world famous Vegas chapel, was presided over by an Elvis impersonator, and Nick Jonas’ wife Priyanka Chopra served as maid of honour.
“Gonna hit up this wedding real quick,” Diplo captioned the video.
Dan + Shay performed an acoustic version of their song, Lovebug, during the ceremony.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux
Former couple Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux married in a shock ceremony in August 2015 in their back garden.
The couple reportedly said I do in front of 70 guests, made up of close friends and family members with singer Sia performing at the wedding.
