All first-round series are in the books as the Houston Rockets put away the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 7, 104-102. They will move on to face the Los Angeles Lakers in the West semifinals. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Clippers will start preparing for a second-round matchup against the Denver Nuggets, after Jamal Murray and Co. pulled off a Game 7 win over the Utah Jazz in the first round Tuesday night.

In the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics have jumped out to 2-0 series lead against the defending champion Toronto Raptors. As for the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks, they find themselves in their own 2-0 hole after falling to the Miami Heat in Game 1, 116-114.
